Tümlece Privacy Policy

Tümlece is a Turkish word puzzle game developed and operated by TS DESIGN INFORMATICS LTD. ("we", "us", or "our").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information Tümlece processes, how it is used, which third-party services are involved, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

1. Information We Collect

Google Account Information

Tümlece offers optional Google Sign-In functionality.

When you sign in using Google, we may receive your Google account identifier and basic profile information, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, depending on the information Google makes available.

We use Firebase Authentication to authenticate users and manage app accounts.

Google Sign-In is optional for the first ten levels of the game.

Gameplay and Progress Information

Tümlece stores gameplay information, which may include:

Completed levels and current level progress
Scores and earned points
In-game bonuses and hint usage
Game preferences and settings

For signed-in users, certain progress information is stored using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore to support account-based gameplay and progress synchronization.

For guest users, game progress and preferences are stored locally on their devices.

Advertising and Technical Information

Tümlece integrates Google AdMob for advertising functionality.

When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from technical information, and advertisement interaction data, subject to applicable law and user consent choices.

Advertising may include optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements displayed at appropriate transitions in the game.

The categories of information processed by these services are described in their respective privacy documentation.

Tümlece does not intentionally request access to your precise GPS location, contacts, private messages, financial information, or health records.

2. How We Use Information

We process information to:

Authenticate users who choose to sign in
Save and synchronize game progress
Provide gameplay functionality, hints, and rewards
Maintain account and application security
Support Google Play Games functionality
Display advertisements where enabled and permitted
Respond to support requests and account deletion requests
Meet applicable legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.

3. Google Play Games Services

Tümlece integrates Google Play Games Services, which may provide player authentication, leaderboards, achievements, and other gameplay features.

Google Play Games may process player identifiers, gameplay activity, and related information under Google's own privacy practices.

Google Play Games authentication is separate from Tümlece's Firebase account authentication.

Using Google Play Games does not automatically create or delete a Tümlece account.

4. Advertising and Consent

Tümlece may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Some advertisements may offer optional in-game rewards. Players are not required to watch rewarded advertisements to create a Google account or access the app's account management features.

Where applicable, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent.

Where required, users can review their advertising privacy choices from the app's settings.

5. Third-Party Services

Tümlece uses or integrates the following Google services:

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable service terms.

6. Data Storage and Security

Guest gameplay information is stored locally on the user's device.

Signed-in users' account authentication and certain gameplay progress information are processed using Firebase services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including authenticated access controls, to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain account-related and gameplay information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Tümlece's services or until the relevant account or information is deleted.

When a user successfully deletes their Tümlece account, the associated account record and gameplay progress held by Tümlece are intended to be removed.

Limited information may be retained where required for legitimate legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. Where applicable, we will explain the information retained and the relevant retention conditions.

Third-party service providers may apply their own retention practices under their respective policies.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Tümlece app account and associated data.

Deletion Within the App

Signed-in users can access the account deletion option from the app's Settings and Account section.

After confirmation and any required identity verification, Tümlece processes the deletion of the user's Firebase account and associated cloud gameplay progress, and clears locally stored game progress.

Deletion Without Access to the App

Users who cannot access the app can submit a deletion request by emailing:

Please state that you wish to delete your Tümlece account and associated data, and provide the email address associated with the account if available.

We may request additional verification to protect accounts against unauthorized deletion.

You do not need to reinstall Tümlece to submit a deletion request.

Deleting a Tümlece account does not delete the user's Google account or Google Play Games profile.

9. Children's Privacy

Tümlece does not intentionally collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.

If you believe that personal information relating to a child has been processed improperly, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You may use the first ten levels without signing in to a Tümlece account.

You may sign out, request account deletion, manage applicable advertising privacy options, or contact us with a privacy request.

Uninstalling the app removes locally stored application data through the normal Android uninstall process but does not necessarily delete cloud account information.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technologies, or legal requirements.

Updates will be published on this page, together with a revised effective date.
